Rigger Mortis
Nov 22, 2024 · Lead / Pinkpoint. A bit dicey for a 5.7+, I’d put it a full grade higher at 5.8+, maybe even 5.9. Definitely harder than the 3 routes to the left. The traverse is a little hairy for the grade as a fall would be into the opening below with a deck or side wall in play. Pretty stiff from b4-b6, so I get the name. The holds are there but you need to trust your hands and feet. Well bolted but the exposure is intimidating. Careful with the fall line while cleaning as the belay platform is pretty narrow. Glad I sent it, and glad it’s over.

Stand In The Corner
Nov 21, 2024 · Lead / Flash. Use caution, this route feels like it’s due to clean up over time. Watch for loose rock, hollow rock, and stay away from the patina flake right of the anchor, it’s thin and fragile.

Sends in Low Places
Nov 21, 2024 · Lead / Flash. Well, dis spicy. Fragile holds in several key spots. Sandy feet and hands all along the way. I thought it graded more like a stiff 5.9 because of this reasons. Liked the climb ultimately but the conditions made me a bit nervous. Enter Sandman, I agree with the name suggestion.
