The Great Arch
Jan 18, 2021 · Lead / Onsight. Grarch is a good time. Definitely gets less-good as you go up. Protection, while still good, gets thinner and smaller and crack gets dirtier. Be careful on the trees, they get a lot of traffic.

No Alternative
Jan 18, 2021 · 1 pitch. Lead / Onsight. Led only to the top of p1. Didn’t have the balls to continue. A fall before the first bolt would definitely result in an unpleasant interaction with the belay ledge. Pitch one is one of the best at Stone and protects like a dream. Cams medium to large.

Block Route
Jan 18, 2021 · Lead / Onsight. Great way to get to tree ledge. Block move is easy, just plant the foot and trust it. Scariest parts for me were the runouts above the anchors and above the block move. I pull the move and immediately traverse to the trees.

Dirty Crack
Jan 18, 2021 · Lead / Onsight. Dare I say....my favorite climb at Stone?? Ignore photos of a bushwhack, it’s a fun climb that protects well down low with medium to large gear when you need it and then runs out up top.
