(improved description) Start on the heavily chalked crimp line at about head height, and slap up to the rail with some crimps on it. Two options for topping out:
Left: make your way to the leftmost crimps on the rail and throw to a big, solid ledge, and reach across to a super juggy sidepull and top out.
Right: Go to the crimps directly above the start, get a good foot, and go directly to the juggy side pull.
