Suggested Page Improvements to Walmart Crag
This crag is an 8 minute walk uphill from the Evergreen trailhead, is south-facing, and a great winter or shoulder-season spot with some decent potential. There are several older routes here developed by Rob Birtles and Rolf Rybak, with more being developed now. This crag is not currently in the Skaha guidebook.
As the story goes, this crag was named for the low-paying corporate giant Walmart after Rolf had just finished shooting a commercial touting “geriatric supplements” for the company.
