Description Suggest change

This is the direct start to Ripple. I'm sure it has been led and even solo'd before. I'm just adding it here for others who might want to try it.

A bouldery start is followed by slab/face climbing. We trimmed the foliage at the base and stood on a stump to get established on the route. There is a protectable crack at the bottom, but it peters out, and I couldn't see any obvious placements for the remaining 15 feet or so before you traverse right to the main crack.

Location Suggest change

It begins about three feet to the left of Hand Crack.

Protection Suggest change

Small cams and nuts.
