Description Suggest change

Zapped is a very fun two pitch clip-up only a few minutes from the road.

P1 - 5.7 30m. Start the same as Zipped, then veer right after the second bolt. Cruise the face holds until you reach the headwall, and traverse left to the anchor on a ledge.

P2 - 5.10b 25m. Head up the steepness on crisp edges, mostly staying right of the bolt line until the final mantel onto the exit slab. This is a bit pumpy.

From the top, you can rap on the chain anchors, or lead a short scramble to the tree. The anchors are quite exposed, and the rocks above are quite loose, so it's better to keep the rope on.

DESCENT: walk up to the top, and make a short rappel from a bolted anchor on the Southeast side of the summit ridge.

Location Suggest change

It is down the approach gully to Hully Gully on the right on the bigger wall you come across and just to the right of Zipped.

Protection Suggest change

A dozen quickdraws.
