Description Suggest change

This is a great route but it does have some loose bits in parts. Please step carefully while climbing and rapping.

P1 - Sport 5.9, 70': A nice pitch of clipping bolts. Worth doing if you stop after P1.

P2 - Entry Fee, 5.8/5.9, 60': A short approach pitch to get you up to the business.

P3 - Off-width, 5.10+, 60': Bail here or gather your off-width skills and courage and head up the very awkward, steep, and a bit loose, pitch. This will test your off-width skills for sure. Try not to get your cams stuck as you flail around on lead.

P4 - The Tunnel, 5.3, 200': From the top of P3, head up and right over easy ground. Somewhere along the way, give your partner an alpine belay and then head up into the Tunnel. You'll work your way up a few 4th class blocks and eventually see a small, easy (5.3?) chimney that gets you to the top.

Descent: Rap off the anchor to the left of chimney when you pop out. A 60 meter rope should just make it to the top of P3.

Location Suggest change

Start on Gandy Dance or go out right and look for the bolted sport pitch. To do the sport pitch start, you'll take a right before going up to the main ledge/shelf where most of the other routes start.

Protection Suggest change

Off-width gear.
