The two areas Jefferson County Open Space intends to close in Clear Creek Canyon, shown on the attached maps, encompass the active eagle nests. If the Clear Creek eagles continue to nest in the active nests, these areas will remain closed from February 1 through July 31. If the eagles choose different nesting sites, the closures will be adjusted accordingly to protect those eagles during their breeding season.
Currently, rock climbing areas that fall inside of the seasonal raptor closures include:
Blonde Formation
Bumbling Stock
Evil Area
Ghost Crag
Highlander
Skinny Legs
Stumbling Block
Tetanus Garden
Fault Caves

Details
Use a 15 mph road: accessed via a narrow dirt road through a residential neighborhood. Uphill drivers yield to downhill drivers.
Description
This is on part of the Miracle Block; Do not stand in the road or block traffic.
Start on either the right crimp rail or left crimp rail. It doesn't make add much of a difference. Work your way out right to jug ledges. From the ledges, hit the two pockets, make a move to the tiger crimp, then prepare yourself for a climate-dependent sloper that's trash. From the sloper, pogo out left to a small crimp, then follow up with a chill topout with a bunch of jugs.
