Description
Starting in the right drainage of the two parallel, work your way up rolling ice between pitches. Depending on comfort, these can be protected or soloed. The first pitch is around 10m of WI3 climbing. The second is also around 10m of WI2-3. The last is shorter WI2-3. All use natural protection ie: screws and trees. Descend using the trail on the north side of the drainage by exiting climber’s left after the last pitch and hike through the trees.
Location
Park at the beauty creek pull out. After following the trail and crossing the creek to reach the old road bed turn left to go north up the road 500m before turning right to go up the drainage trail a tree is marked with blue ribbon at this point and a number of orange ribbons along the trail. Enter the drainage where the trail meets before the steep rock walls.
