Description Suggest change

This serpentine line wiggles its way to the top of the wall, avoiding the bad rock in the A frame. The bottom also serves to access the Great Barrier Roof and the Desperate Reality crack.

Begin up fun juggy slab with a cruxy crack move to gain a stance below the roof. This roof is circumvented by snaking left to a great rest in dihedral. Above you is a bolt to protect stepping right onto the face, unclip this it after clipping the traverse perma, lest you strangle to death of rope drag later! The airy traverse ends with some in your face slabs moves to get below the roof crux. After the airy roof pull, you'll be faced with 30 feet of good 5.9 trad climbing to anchors.

Or step right for the Sportos finish.

SPORTOS: After pulling the top roof, clip a link-up bolt to move right into the ending of Croc Wrangler. Also climbing to the first two perms is about 5.10c, the best warm up here so far.

65M required. Some blocks may move but are keyed in and couldn't be removed with a crowbar. Following may be best to clean.

Location Suggest change

This goes left of the A frame of chossy rock. Then traverses right to the crack system left of Croc Wrangler.

Protection Suggest change

10 bolts and a light rack. .4-2. 65M rope required.

A sling and some double draws help with drag for the traverse.
