Townsend PD came out because of a concerned neighbor. They said it’s perfectly okay to climb there. Again respect the area. Respect the neighbors.
Description
Using a great left undercling and marginal right hand crimp, use the ramp to establish yourself on the overhang. Fire to the lip, and surf it right to nearly finish up on the big hold by the arete. Then top out. A lower sit start down in the cave is potentially possible. There may be an alternate direct topout too? There’s some open lines that have been sitting and waiting to be climbed. Catch it at the right time of year, and there’s a Jack in the Pulpit that grows up on top of the boulder.
