Description Suggest change

Continuing past the chains adds some fun climbing through two sporty bulges and a headwall finish just below the rim. The climbing is different but not really any harder than the rest of Last Days, and you can still lower to the ground with a 70m rope.

Clip the new anchor above Last Days and step right and then back up and left into a steep, bulging crack in a short right-facing corner. Another bulge lands you on a blocky ledge below the headwall, where a tricky move gains a delightful crack leading to the anchor.

Be careful of loose rock if you stray off route, but everything on the line should be solid.

Location Suggest change

Look for the chains above Last Days and just below the canyon rim.

Protection Suggest change

Gear from fingers to hands. Save a #2 or #3 Camalot for a unique diagonal slot that protects the moves into the upper headwall. A few slings to tame the zig-zags will also be helpful.
