Near Private Property Suggest change

Per Trent Hillier: this boulder lies just within the public land border in Campsite 3. Make sure to not cross the fence or climb any of the rocks within eyeshot on the private land that is nearby. This is a highly-contested area and could affect future generations of climbing in the Arkansas Valley. Think and be sure to look around before you climb.
