Do you like moderate gear classics on bomber stone?

If you like Tarzan, Hidalgo or El Primo, Glasgow Grin is right up your alley.

Glasgow Grin takes an arching splitter on fingers and hands under a roof system following amazing flow, some wild positions for the grade, and has one of the coolest roof exits you’ll get before going gnar.

Could it be listed harder? Sure. But it is what it is - an amazing trad onsight experience in the 5.7-5.8 realm.

The only downside is it doesn’t go on forever but there are so many climbs in the immediate area you couldn’t hope to send them all in a day.

The amazing ferngully tree above provides solid and quick belay - extend back to the cliff 20’ and bring up your cleaner. Please don’t rap off the tree and pull rope. A walkoff is easy to the right and down the gully.

Totally soloable or boulderable for the bold but a copse of trees and a slanted block sit right in the primary fall zone.
