The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Roughly 40 feet to the right of Wokking the Dog is another face with a blunt arete on its left edge. Climb the blunt arete, which is about 10 feet to the left of the Misfortune Cookies crack.
