The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start about 75 feet up and right of the buttress that contains High Anxiety at a brown face that is behind some trees. Climb past three bolts to a crack and the top.
