The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Climb an overhganging face up to a dihedral. Climb the corner, taking care when passing a big loose flake on the right, then exit left and climb up to a 2-bolt anchor.
Location
Located on the right side of the West Face.

5 bolts to a 2-bolt anchor.
