Description Suggest change

This is the route you come to the Reservoir Crag for. A piquant route with sustained, slightly overhanging crimping up a black streak punctuated by a cruxy bulge in the first half of the route. Start with easy climbing up a small corner past the first bolt to a big ledge. From the ledge, clip a bolt out left and commit to an airy step out left onto the wall on thin holds. Crimp up and left and then fire straight up the steep black streak to difficult bulge moves around the 7th & 8th bolts. Easier but sustained climbing continues up as the angle backs off to the top.

If it weren't for discovering this line first, I don't think I would have done any further development at this area. This is such a stellar line it was worth developing the surrounding routes even if they can be sub-par rock quality.

Location Suggest change

The middle of the clean east-facing wall. Start from ground level up a small corner to a good stance on a ledge before committing to the face.

Protection Suggest change

13 bolts to a two-bolt anchor with lowering hardware.
