Description Suggest change

Slabby route straight up one of the main chimneys on the west side of Big Schloss. Climbing is less lichen-y than other areas and is smooth going until the slight overhang crux near the top. The base is a small ledge that is still elevated beyond the forest floor proper. The ledge also has some broken glass to be mindful of!

There is a more broken/gradually sloped route you can take on the south end of the chimney that provides a 3rd class way to get between the top and bottom.

Location Suggest change

Continue north up the Big Schloss trail across the bridge until it ends/slopes sharply downward. At that point, the chimney should be directly on your left (west) side.

Protection Suggest change

Two trees across the end of the trail can serve as toprope anchors, along with a few rock cracks.
