Sit start on the right side of the jug rail. Make a big shouldery move to a slimper with an incut thumb catch. Either come into a side pull with the left (as the guide says) or rip it straight to the top as a 1, 2, paddle dyno.
The guide says something may have broken at somepoint. As of 05/2022 the holds seem solid.
