Access Issue: 2024 Seasonal Raptor Closure
Details
A limited number of crags on the west side of Lake Koocanusa are closed through August 31, 2024 to protect Peregrine Falcon habitat. These include:
- Pit Stop
- the Ruins
- Hidden Buttresss
- Great White
- Dawn Walls
- Don Juan
- Sunburst
- Naked Cliff
- Dihedral Wall
- Science Lab
All other crags are unaffected by the closure, which you can find here: fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_DO…

Description
One of the longer splitter finger/hand cracks at Stone Hill ... but horizontal ...
Start on Dental Floss, traverse the horizontal crack left across Bloody Fingers, finish up Fantasy Land.
All of the gear can be retrieved by the leader.
