Description Suggest change

Start on the lowest finger jug, might need to keep the pads a bit away from the wall to find footholds for the start. Go to a right hand side pull and up left to a good crimp. Move feet up to the start hold and grab another right hand side pull. Reach up with your left hand to a good but sloping ledge, find feet so you can match hands. Bump left hand up to the second ledge and set your feet up to go to the finish jug before topping out! The left arete is off. Crux is finding good feet (depending on your height) to go to the first ledge / matching the ledge.

Location Suggest change

Boulder is on the way to double slap. Enter in from the midway entrance to the Billy Goat Trail, once you meet up with the Billy goat trail, head right (in the opposite direction of how you are supposed to hike Billy goat) and go around the actual trail on a “social” trail. Boulder is just around the corner and the social trail will spit you out straight in front of it, it looks like a small overlook of the Potomac! 38.98272° N, 77.24269° W (rough coordinates). Continue along the side of the rocks to the right of this slab boulder, heading toward the river and make a right, you should be able to see Double Slap (IMO one of the best boulders in Maryland!).

Protection Suggest change

1-3 pads depending on the pad size and which problems you want to try. Shouldn’t need a spotter if you have your pads placed well.
