Register at the Ranger's office before climbing at Palisades Kepler State Park. The registration sign-up box is located outside the door to the ranger's office.
Description
Stealing horses, robbing ferry’s, swindling the married women in town, the Cedar River buccaneers were a rambunctious bunch of bottom dwelling rapscallions that used the cave features at Palisades as hiding places from the authorities. Lawdy Lawdy have mercy on their souls.
