Description

This crack corner system has some nice fingerlocks, stemming, an undercling and some edging with a slabby rounded buttress to top it off. The first half of this route was lead on gear on the FA. I had done it on TR to clean it and I found it reasonable to lead but the gear from about 15 feet up to 30 feet up was nothing I would have willingly fallen on. Essentially had the mindset that I was soloing. I mention it for those of you who think it shouldn't have been bolted. I wouldn't recommend it as a gear lead but if you want to climb it skipping all or some of the bolts feel free.

Location

Up the gully left of Treason on the Tiber

[Hide Comment] This is a worthy and welcomed addition to the wall. Nice work Emily and Eric. The crack is fun, positional jug hauling and some crack climbing skills. The upper prow will make you switch gears to use a different skill set to not blow your send. Feb 7, 2023
