Description Suggest change

Fun climb in the sun to the top of the south end of the formation.  Gritty and exfoliating surface.

Start in the bushes below and to the right of a dark overhanging split boulder.  Paw your way up about 8' of gritty slab to reach a seam.  Climb it and head up and right after it ends to a short hand crack that ends in a short featured slab with some patinaed plates.

At the steep walled end of the slabby section is a good place to set up an anchor to TR the lower section with a 60m rope.

Traverse to the right past a deep off-width slot to a seam that takes you to the top of the formation.

Location Suggest change

From the parking area walk towards the formation and turn left/SW around to the toe of the formation at its southmost point.  Look for the dark overhanging boulder/roof with a crack through the middle (Cheshire for President).  The route starts about ten feet to the right of the boulder in some scraggly bushes.

Protection Suggest change

Easily protectable with a handful of mid-sized cams.

Walk west and down to find the rap rings for Casual.
