Description Suggest change

This is a total classic. There are two variations to the sit, so read closely. For V9, start with a left hand on a crimp under the roof and a right on the lip on a glassy sloper. Do some hard heel hooking and compression moves to get you into the stand, and continue from there.

For V10, start one right hand move lower. Your left will still be on the roof crimp, but you right will be on a side pull well under the roof. Hand heel match on this side pull, with your left smeared down low on the other side of the prow. This move is...hard. I've included pics with the different start holds circled.

Location Suggest change

This is very close to the parking lot. From the kiosk, walk up the wooden stairs. Continue straight up and off the trail, where you'll see a climbers path. Follow this for 200 feet and you will see the butterknife prow. It's hard to miss!

Protection Suggest change

6 pads and spotters.
