Description Suggest change

This is a great trad pitch at The Sport Park!

If this were located at Castle Rock or Bell Buttress, it would be one of the classic 11 trad climbs of the canyon. It has consistently good climbing until the very end after an easy slightly chossy intro. The gear is there; you can fiddle many pieces in at the crux before committing if you are proficient with small pro. I was happy to have a blue and yellow totem.

Climb through the yellow-green thin seams and grooves (11-) to the left of American Beauty. When you reach jugs on a horizontal seam, step right into a thin crack (10+).

Location Suggest change
