Access Issue: Neighborhood Parking
Details
Please be mindful of the neighbors on Big Rock Lake Road. Do not park along the road, generate excessive noise in the parking lot or at the cliff, or camp out. If the parking is full, use the spot at the intersection of Preston McDaniel and Nine Times Roads. This is a neighborhood, drive slow and be courteous. Violating one of these rules is an easy way to get the cliff shutdown for everyone.
Access Issue: Private Property
Details
The far right side of the X-Wall is very close to private property. Do not wander too far right or down the hill from this wall.
Description
From the top of the boulder tree ledge, step up to a small ledge. Smear your way up black rock to clip the first bolt. Continue up on smears, edges and dishes past a few more bolts. At a small cedar tree near the top, clip the ring with a longer draw or runner and continue up and right past 2 more bolts to the chain anchor.
