Details
The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Starts off the 6-7' boulder to a left leaning crack, continue trending left via the path of least resistance up unprotected face/scoops and join the top of the Crow to reach the anchor bolts of the Raven.
If there's another name/ FA info before April 2021 when I climbed it, let me know and I'll add it.
