Description Suggest change

This route runs up the South East arete of the Mother Goose boulder. Start matched on a distinct rail sitting low on the arete. Use various smears and some good technique to work up the arete for a respectable arete boulder.

The route goes hands only on the arete, without using the pockets on the far right, but again, there are no rules, so do whatever you want. If you climb this as described, you will only be on the smooth sections of this rock.

Definitely a more interesting variation than the slab to the right, and something spicier than the dihedral. Named after the inscribed "Bud" at the bottom of the arete and the technique up the arete.

At Mother Goose boulder, South East Arete, left of the pocketed slab wall that is left of Mother Goose.
