Description Suggest change

Adieu Zidane is a recent route in the area. Meaning that it is well protected, much better than some classics in the area that were developed in the 80s/90s. The route mostly goes at 5.9 with a few short 5.10a sections.

P1 (5.7): Go up a slab. Easy pitch (5.7) with one or two moves of 5.8. You can either set your belay at the second rap station or keep going 10 feet to the right and use two bolts (a bit spread apart)

P2 (5.10a): Go up right from the belay station, past a roof and a two moves 5.10b section. The next belay station will be to your right.

P3 (5.9): A GREAT pitch of some fun high quality rock (at least the second half). The belay station will be next to a tree on the left (maybe 10-15 feet from the last bolt).

P4 (5.10a): The crux pitch. A traverse to the left. First go up / left following the bolt line. You will reach the second rap station. Keep going left past two moves of 5.10a. You can also go straight up from the rap station (5.11c variation).

P5 (5.10a): Final pitch that will bring you back to the road, roughly 100 feet from the parking lot. Go up and follow the bolt line up a slab with a crack system on your left. You will then face a short 5.10a section.
