Access Issue: NO DRONES ON NATIONAL PARKLANDS Details

All of the crags within the New River Gorge proper are on national parklands, and drone use is prohibited here. There has been some discussion about places to launch drones that are not on park property, and then flying them over the gorge. This is super poor form; don't do it. Park regulations prohibit all drone use over the boundaries without a permit.

Description

A spectacular climb. Start on the jug shelf and follow the seam out the massive roof to a jug. Turn the corner, and save a little energy for one last move to the lip.

Location

Huge roof on the left side of the boulder. Can't miss it.

Protection

6+ pads. Not particularly tall, but needs a lot of pads or people to shuffle them as you make your way out the roof. A spotter for the end is good too, because a fall off the pads would not be good.
