Description Suggest change

Sit-start matched on the low shelf beneath the giant quartz protruding from the boulder. Find a tricky foot then pull on and hit a big hold out left then reach up to an edge. From here work your way through the quartz venturing left. Once through the quatz, hit a slopey pinch and some crimps in order to gain a good left hand edge. Once on this edge a big lock-off gains a thin sidepull crimp for the right. Find a foot and reach up lefty to improving holds at the lip of the boulder.
Once at the lip of the boulder, a big move out right gains the apex of the arete. Another large hold for the left could prove useful. From here get the feet up and press it out.

This is the aesthetic quartz block found just right of Bobby's Problem". This is a lower and more obvious start to "Quartz Adjourned".

Protection Suggest change

3+ pads and a spotter. Landing is quite sketch.
