Description Suggest change

10 foot curtain into a low angle (mostly walkable) section. Good trees at the top to anchor, easy walk off on climbers left.

Went out to cow cave (Beede falls) mostly out of curiosity it wasn’t in the book or on here so I was semi hopeful to find an overlooked gem, but in reality it’s just a short fat wall and then brisk walk to the top. That being said I managed to kill a good hour and half practicing my traversing and screw placement. I went out in the early season so it could be worth checking out later in the year it might be more interesting.

But over all super easy climb pretty neat surrounding, I wouldn’t say it’s worth a trip just for this but there’s also some big kid ice further up in the notch

If anybody has a real first ascent feel free to change it or let me know

Location Suggest change

Park in the Beede falls parking lot on sandwich notch and follow the trail <5 min walk, look for the falls, pretty interesting bouldering spot straight back on the other side of the falls as well. If there’s to much snow there’s also parking at the beginning of the road less then a mile.

NOTE: A "local" reports that:

Just for clarity, this is not the cow cave this is Beede Falls proper. Cow Cave is further down the hill
