Description Suggest change

A favorite of fondly remembered local hardman Peter Adler.

Grade 20

Climb up towards roof, fiddling a few nuts in the discontinuous cracks. Climb into the alcove below the roof, cut feet and head left! Continue up dirty rock & steep dirt to a classically located NZ anchor.

Location Suggest change

On the backside (the side you first get to when approaching from the parking lot) of the Pinnacle. The obvious line up toward the roof

Protection Suggest change

Single rack should do. Bring 2 or 3 cordelettes &/or 4-6 double lengths to extend the anchor to a reasonable location to lower or toprope if you don't abseil.

Shares an anchor with 5-10 other routes.
