Access Issue: NO TRESPASSING signs on abandoned railroad tracks

The train never ran. The railroad tracks are abandoned, the only traffic they see are from people fishing the river.
The bridge leading to the tracks now have an increased amount of NO TRESPASSING signs.

Description
Pull a fun roof to access fun crack/face climbing. There is decent protection throughout. Bring a 70m rope or do a double rope rappel.
Protection
A standard rack, double up if you're new to the grade. It shares coldshuts with Unknown 10c. Use a 70m rope to rappel.
