Description Suggest change

This route follows the west ridge of Colfax peak to near the summit where it rejoins the Cosley-Houston for the last few hundred feet.  After following some moderate and steep snow we ran into an impassable rock face. From there we rappelled (climbers right) into a SSW facing couloir. At the top of that couloir, we traversed down and left to meet with the upper slopes of the Colsey-Houston.

Location Suggest change

To find this route traverse west under the north face of Colfax peak until you reach the saddle and you can look to the south. From here follow the obvious ridge to the East toward the summit.

Protection Suggest change

We soloed everything, only option for pro would be pickets. Rock is garbage.
