Description

Another classic quarry chossy alpine route. Starts in the groove left of Whipples, uses a few holds on Whipples at the crux, stay left for full value. Climb the upper rib to a ledge with bolts and musseys. Heads up for belayer (and leader), still lots of loose stuff.

Location

Between OD and Whipples

Protection

11 bolts, mussey lower-off.

Lines for Mr Whipple's Wild Ride and Toads Hollow. Couldn't see all the bolts up top so not every one is Xed. Top is also very foreshortened in this stitched panorama taken from the base.

[Hide Comment] Yeah, sorry to all who get on this route, I did'nt do any cleaning on the top half, hence the warning in the description. I thought the bottom half was cool, though a little contrived trying to stay left of whipples. Wish the top half would clean up and be more enjoyable, but thats the nature of some routes at the quarry. Definitely the worst route on wreakage wall. Sep 27, 2020
