Description Suggest change

The bolted arete on the right side of the Flatiron. The crux move comes early making a clip to the second bolt. Follow the Arete to the top where a two bolt anchor awaits. You can not see the anchors from the last bolt. These anchors are shared with the other three routes.

You can rappel using a 70m rope down to the upper belay ledge. Scramble down from there fairly easily.

Location Suggest change

Right side arete, on the Flatiron (See location description for SPPS, as you belay from the same ledge except you are further right)

Protection Suggest change

I forget how many bolts, but I'd suggest 10-12 quick-draws.
