Description

Appealing finger crack which is much harder than it appears at first. A real exercise in body tension with several consecutive cruxes. The tips crack is tough, but the real challenge lies in tackling the shallow, flaring ringlocks above.

Location

left-most crackline on the face immediately to the left of "crossroads" dihedral.

Protection

SR from tips to thin hands. Bolts and rings at the top.

[Hide Comment] 10c climbing to the crux. Don't get stuck on trying to ring lock the thing if you can't do it. I didn't use a single ring lock, I jammed and finger jammed everything though insecure Aug 12, 2022

[Hide Comment] Definitely not 10+ to the crux when you have fat finger tips & are on the shorter end of things. The moves felt desperate, more like 11b or c, to the point that I found the upper crux easier than the lower section (burl vs technical, though). There's one more 10- section just below the anchor, so it's not a complete gimme once you are through the upper crux. Great line! Jul 24, 2024
