Description
Climb is on the south side of the Radio Control Tower ridge. When you have located the two erecting, prominent and unmistakeable rocks on the ridge go up. Cross the bergschrund and head up the moderate snow ramp to the base of the rock band.
The rock band to access the ridge can be protected by a small alpine rack. Once you have gained the ridge proper head west to Radio Control Tower placing pickets as you see fit and/or comfortable.
The ridge is classic, fun and steeper in many sections than we expected. Great climb to get your crampons wet in the range.
