The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Begin about six feet left of Mumbles at a grainy crack/right-facing corner. This crack is near the uphill (left) end of the pillar that sits in front of the main face.
Climb the grainy crack/corner to the top.
