Black Rocks is in the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve redcliffsdesertreserve.com/. No climbing is allowed at Black Rocks from March 15 through June 30 in order to provide an undisturbed environment for Desert Tortoise en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gophe… mating.
In addition, all pets in the Reserve must be kept on a leash at all times.
Description
Climb up somewhat dirty and blocky rock to reach a stance at the overhanging crack bulge. The crux is getting from bolt 1 to 2 using the crack and a shallow pocket. From here, its pretty cruiser, but very fun face climbing with positive holds throughout.
