Description
This is not a DWS route. The landing is a large extremely sharp and pointy ledge. This is a solo.
This path can be used as either:
A: an escape route for those finding themselves in over their heads on El Arête Libre. The waves out here can get real rough and if you're having a difficult time sending or keeping up with the tides it is the easiest way back to shore.
B: an easy approach to El Arête Libre. If you don't want to use the swimming approach or want to climb it a few times, it is faster and easier. Down climb until you reach the large dish. Then, traverse left to the base of the amazing arête.
Climbed it four times and didn't break anything off. I don't know if it's a line people climb or not, so be wary of loose stuff and birds.
