The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start just right of General Hospital. Climb past two bolts to reach the right side of the General Hospital flake. Follow the flake to the top then make some face moves to reach a prominent dike. Continue up the face above the dike to the top.
