Description Suggest change

Said to be the highest falls in the 'Daks. Rap to the base of the falls, then climb out. Apparently, the actual climbing is about 90' due to the cone that forms at the bottom. Reportedly, the climbing is in the WI3 range because it's formed from frozen spray, not flowing water dripping down.
