The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
I always loved this route, and dont know if it gets climbed anymore... I would do I Have The Touch and then get on Cosmic, but this was a while ago, and it not being on the Fraggle list I thought it needed to be, but may be gone just as some sport routes/TR anchors in JT.
