The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
A boulder problem start off the ground gains the first bolt and then run-it-out to a horizontal (gear), another bolt, another horizontal (gear) and another runout to the top. The bolts are where you need them but unfortunately until they get replaced they aren't the most reliable. Two stars out of five.
