The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This seldom done toprope climbs the nice varnished face just right of Dog Day Afternoon and higher moves left slightly to join that route for it's finish up the top block.
The name is a playful dig on actual events in the history of Joshua Tree National Park climbing.
