The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Climbs a crack to right-facing corner which ends and finishes past some large blocks. Gear belay at the top and walk down and right across the ledge above Leap Year Flake to reach rap anchors.
